The Collective Shades Project invites you to CSP2K23 on Saturday 12th August 2023.

A London pop-up marketplace and an after-party hosted by The Purple Collection to celebrate Gen-Z professionals, Influencers, and business owners partaking in sustainable streetwear. We aim to combine different shapes, shades, and aesthetics through a content-inspired marketplace for independent streetwear brands with onsite content creation, photographers, DJs and interactive stalls.

Furthermore, we feature up to 6 trend-setting start-ups from diverse backgrounds at The Old Street Gallery. Details below:

Whether you're looking for fashion, or artisanal goods, our marketplace has something for you to explore. Get ready for our talented DJs. As seen on Pass-the-Aux! Playing the latest tracks and classic hits to keep you energised. Immerse yourself in the world of innovation and creativity. Our exhibitors will showcase their latest products, giving you the opportunity to witness firsthand the latest collections for A/W 2023 Photoshoots: Strike a pose and capture beautiful memories at our dedicated photoshoot area. With professional photographers in a stunning venue.

This interactive experience is perfect for unleashing your creativity. Our coat content creation zone is designed for you! Add to our memorabilia. Colour in our oversized bubble coat, try it on and capture amazing content for your social media channels. Enhance your skills and knowledge with our engaging workshop with Stooki, providing valuable insights and hands-on learning opportunities. Connect and collaborate with like-minded individuals. Build meaningful relationships, exchange ideas, and explore potential partnerships.

The Purple Collection |

The Purple Collection is a small, black-owned, woman-led staffed business that creates handmade, all-purple, unisex clothing that caters to the unique and regal, experimenting with vintage and luxury-inspired designs.

Amawbia |

Crafted from multi-coloured yarn and cotton adire patterns, Amawbia weaves together clothes and accessories that are every bit as rich in texture as they are in culture. The time spent developing each of these items is reflective in the quality of the output as you are left with an array of well-finished items reminiscent of quintessential Nigerian culture; from bitter leaf to red sands to masquerades. Each finished accessory is garnished with a leaf logo as a homage to nature

Shivxni |

Shivxni is a slow fashion crochet-wear clothing brand creating custom handcrafted fits and accessories showcasing unique yarns, textures and textile techniques.

The garments are designed and made by Shivani Patel. Her creative inspiration comes from many aspects of life but her most recent collection – monsoon – derived from the materialization of the calming influence of nature and its beauty, handcrafted mindful of sustainability.

Stööki |

Stööki is a London-born and bred lifestyle brand that offers handmade jewellery across a range of diverse collections – all channelling art, fashion and music into their design.

Offering bracelets, earrings, necklaces and rings – along with some apparel – Stööki’s collections are inspired by modern youth culture and reflect the amalgamation of each industry in their presentation.

All jewellery pieces are finished by hand in-house by the Stööki Craft Makers themselves at their studio in Greenwich.

Askari |

Founded in April 2021 Askari is a streetwear brand inspired by my African and South Asian heritage.

All clothing is sustainably and ethically made as the process used to make the garments uses 70% less water and the manufacturing factory is solely run on solar and wind energy.

50p of each purchase is donated to Plan International to help better children’s lives around the world. Askari is an inclusive brand and we also aim to represent a range of different people.

On Saturday 12th August, CSP2K23 will host an electrifying journey into the world of music as we unveil our extraordinary DJ line-up! Brace yourselves for an unforgettable experience that will ignite your senses, elevate your spirits, and leave you craving for more.

We have meticulously curated a stellar ensemble of talented upcoming London DJs, each a master of their craft. From pulsating beats to melodic symphonies, our lineup is a harmonious blend of diverse genres, from Ampiano, UK Drill, RnB and House.

 

 

🏙 The Afterparty™ will be in celebration of The Purple Collections' second year in business.

The second half of the event, we prepare to embark on an otherworldly journey as we unveil our awe-inspiring venue set design, the mesmerising Purple Galaxy. Brace yourselves for an immersive experience that will transport you to a celestial realm where dreams and reality intertwine.

This exclusive party will ignite your imagination and awaken your senses. With every step you take, you'll be surrounded by the ethereal glow of nebulae, as if walking through the heart of a distant galaxy in the heart of London. Age Restriction - 21+
