Due to the current global situation of the COVID-19 pandemic, deliveries of our products have been drastically slowed down. We are trying our best to process orders as quickly as possible but once the items have been posted, the delivery time will take longer than usual. All packages will still be posted with tracking numbers so you can see where your item is at all times. We are reaching out to every customer to let them know the progress of the order.

As our customer, you can be rest assured that we will do our best to deliver a quality service. There is however a few points that you need to consider when making your purchase:

UK Standard Delivery: FREE
UK Royal Mail Special Delivery [Insured]: £5
Rest of World - International Delivery [Insured]: £8
Dispatched within 48 hours of an order being placed unless it is a made-to-order item, then please allow up to 3 weeks. Once dispatched you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number that is unique to your order.
We guarantee the delivery of our products within 5 working days after receiving the payment for your order, (this doesn't apply to made-to-order items). That means that once your payment has been approved, it can take a week at most to have your order sent to your desired delivery address. Usually the process is much faster, but we cannot be one hundred percent sure (as we have to rely on Royal Mail). If you are ordering from outside of the UK, delivery might take slightly longer. Also please take Sundays and bank holidays into consideration, which may delay the delivery process.
THE RIGHT ADDRESS
Please make sure that you fill out all of your contact details correctly to avoid delays. If you don’t do this correctly or the contact form is incomplete, we of course cannot guarantee that your order reaches you in time. If you placed an order and for any reason need to change delivery details, please contact email@example.com and we will amend this for you as soon as possible. Should it be the case that the order needs to be resent because you didn’t get the address right the first time, you will need to pay for the extra postal costs.
