We accept returns up to 30 days from receiving your order.

**Please note**

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges on earrings due to hygiene reasons or made-to-order items that have been personalised in any way.

For returns please contact us at: store@stooki.co.uk and quote:

• The order number

• Your name and address

• Reason for return and whether you require a refund or a replacement.

This information will be considered on a case by case basis at our own discretion and we will then advise how to proceed with the return. The item must be returned, unworn in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation (within 14 days from the date of purchase).
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
