All Stööki products are made with 100% TLC and is thoroughly checked on production errors, before it gets delivered.
All jewellery once casted, is finished by hand, assembled and packaged. Producing an aesthetic that will be unique to you.
We have 3 different price points to give you flexibility in the quality and design of the material you purchase.
Remember to treat your jewellery piece with care, keep it away from any harsh liquids (alcohol, lotion, clorine water). Take your jewellery off when going to sleep or whilst doing physical tasks. Some materials will sustain it’s appearance longer than others:
Standard – This is lightly gold plated brass so avoid all liquids coming into contact with the piece. The gold plating can last under 8 months if worn everyday, whilst sticking to this care guide. Or longer if only worn occasionally.
Premium – This is 18crt gold plated Sterling (925) silver, which is a metal that can last you for years. Avoid coming in to contact with harsh liquids as it can strip the gold plating, but cleaning with warm water is fine. Silver is harder to tarnish when plated, so this can last over a year without needing a re-plate, if looked after properly.
Luxury – Solid gold will last you a lifetime, still avoid coming into contact with harsh liquids, however it will take a lot of wear and tear to ruin the piece.
All solid gold jewellery gets 1 free re-polish and plating within the first 12 months of purchasing your item.
All transactions are made securely via stripe.com and the price of all items sold, includes 20% VAT at the end of your transaction. This only applies to residents of the UK & N.Ireland.
10-Day Grace Period on Faulty Goods (for apparel only)
If you were to find a flaw in your ordered apparel, you can return it to us (within 10 days from the date of purchase) and all goods will be inspected on return. If the product is sold out (in the size you want) we’ll issue you a refund on receipt, or exchange the item for a different size/style if preferred.
The item must be returned in its original packaging with any enclosed documentation.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility.
When trying on items of clothing, please ensure that you are not wearing perfume/aftershave or a deodorant, which may leave a scent or marks on the item.
We do not offer refunds/exchange unless there is a fault with the item
We’ll be unable to accept the return of any item where there is evidence that these instructions have not been followed. Please contact us on:
Quoting your REF number, your name and address, details of the product and the defect in question, and whether you require a refund or a replacement. We will then advise on how to proceed with the return.

As our customer and a new rep of the Stööki movement, you can be rest assured that we will do our best to deliver a quality service. There is however a few points that you need to consider when making your purchase.
Postage and Packaging
United Kingdom - UK Royal Mail Signed For Delivery: £4.30 + 50p per item.
Europe - Royal Mail Signed For Delivery: £5.90 + £1.00 per item.
United States - Royal Mail International Standard: £7.90 + £1.00 per item.
Australia - Royal Mail Special Delivery with Tracking Number: £13.00 + £1.00 per item.
Rest of the world - Royal Mail Special Delivery with Tracking Number: £12 + £1.00 per item.
Dispatch within 48 hours.
We guarantee the delivery of our products within 5 working days after receiving the payment for your order. That means that if you pay today, or your payment has been approved today, it can take a week at most to have your order delivered at your house. Usually the process is much faster, but we cannot be one hundred percent sure (as we have to rely on Royal Mail). Also please take Sundays and bank holidays into consideration, which may delay the delivery process.
The right address
Please make sure that you fill out all of your contact details correctly to avoid delays. If you don’t do this correctly or the contact form is incomplete, we of course cannot guarantee that your order reaches you in time. Should it be the case that the order needs to be resent because you didn’t get the address right the first time, you will need to pay for the extra postal costs.
